Hello all. I initiated a transfer from my PayPal account and received a pop up from PP that they were going to delay the transaction. The 2 options were proceed with transaction or cancel. I clicked on cancel and they still took the money from my PP account. Now the money is missing from my PP as well as my other account. It shows as pending in PP and it's been 2 days. Now a bill that I was trying to pay from the other account was returned unpaid and I was charged a late fee. I tried to withdraw the money 1st, but PP noted that I had reached my withdrawal limit. Why can't I withdraw more than $400? Thank you in advance for your response.
