Transfer Money to bank, completed but the money is not yet in my bank

I withdrawn money on November 30,2019 from paypal to my bank, paypal says its completed but the money is not yet in my bank.

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
