I am trying to transfer funds from my Paypal balance to the debit card associated with my bank account, but whenever I do I get an error message that says "We're sorry, we're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later." I did this successfully yesterday, so I have no idea why this is an issue now. Has anyone else had this problem?
