Transactions not showing and not receiving payments

Hi, I have 2 emails that I have received money in my PayPal account and nothing is showing, one on the 19th and one on the 21st. Also no previous transactions or payment is showing now. Tried contacting by email 3 times no answer but the automatic which I responded that it didn't help so I needed further assistance. Nothing from customer service. Then used chat with them and it disappeared as he was trying to help. Does anyone know how to help? I need the money. Please.

Please try contacting customers service again:

Click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US or other option.

Contact during UK business hours to try to get a UK rep or use Chat.
