Hello, I'm transacting my PayPal balance to my Credit/Debit card, but its not accepting to transfer, always, "There's son issue with your request try again later" - This message pops up . So what's the solution and the issue to it??

It sounds like there may be a limitation in place on your account.
If you go to the Resolution Centre of your PayPal account there should be some steps there you will need to complete in order to have the limitation lifted. Have you tried completing any of these?
I have already lifted my Limitation, as I confirmed my Credit Card, after confirming I received an email from Paypal, that I've successfully lifted my Amount transfer restriction
