I tried to send someone money several times and the transaction was rejected, ‘Sorry this payment cannot be completed due to regulations’; however, the transaction was deducted from my credit card!! So I cannot file a complaint on this transaction since for all intents and purposes, it didn’t happen but money was deducted. What am I supposed to do????
