Transaction problem

Long story short :

my money was transferred from my account ($10 transferred into pounds) to pay for something then my bank rejected payment putting my account into a negative (fair enough just transfer it again to resolve the balance) 

but it gave me an error now it is constantly taking money from my account over the course of a week which I don't have now my bank itself has gone into the negative because of these ghost payments and on top of that my account is still in the negative on paypal's side and bank side I don't know what to do now, I have stopped PayPal from making any further transactions through my bank so I don't get into debt I didn't make again, I also contacted the company I made a purchase from and every payment went fine on their side, I don't know what to do nowscreenshot 1.pngscreenshot 2.png
