Transaction pending

Hello,

so I sold a digital item few days ago, the buyer received it in couple of minutes and told me he already clicked he confirm the receive of product.

It has been more than 5 days now and I still don´t have the money. I am concerned that the buyer is trying to scam me and never clicked he received the product. 

I tried to contact paypal but keep getting useless messages. 

Anyone had similar problem? Can Paypal look into my transaction ID and tell me if the buyer confirmed he received the product or not and if yes, how can I contact them directly?
