Transaction payment not available.

A recent transaction payment does not show although the buyer has paid through paypal. Funds are not available to me as yet, so I am unable to ship the item.

Does not show at all OR pending in your paypal balance?

If not at all then...........

1. Was it sent in a currency you accept?

2. Was it sent to the correct email address without any errors?

3. Have you verified your email address?

4. Are you sure it wasn't a scam?
