Transaction on hold after payment through PayPal.me

Hi, I recently had someone send me some money on my PayPal account which had been dormant for a few months. The transaction is on hold and PayPal is asking me to add a shipping label and confirmations for my order even though it was just a friend sending me money

Friend sent a goods and services payment in error.

Do these steps to get money sooner (may not be available for some countries):

 - Click Activityat the top of the page.

 - Find and click the payment transaction.

 - Click Add Tracking Info.

 - Select an order status: Order Processed.

Then ask sender to do these steps to confirm receipt (may not be available for some countries):

 - Click Activityat the top of the page.

 - Find and click the payment transaction.

 - Click Confirm Receipt.

 - Click Yesto confirm that you received the order.
