I make transaction from my paypal balance to my bank ( Standard Chatered Bank Vietnam) I can see it is marked as COMPLETED but I still have not received money. I contact with my bank (Standard Chatered Bank Vietnam) today and they say there is no record like that at this time.
I already make contact with customer service support but still receive the automatic reply and cannot solved my problem.
