Tranfer money to my card

Hello!

I was trying to send money from my paypal account to my card.

But it says that they need more information to resolve a problem with my account.

It appears in the "bell" sign in the top right corner.

When i click on "we need more information to resolve a problem with your account" the page is just refreshed.

I do not understand what is the problem?

The Message Center is currently used by Personal accounts. Owners of Business accounts do not use a Message Center at this time, and instead receive emails from PayPal as needed.
