Why when I have added tracking numbers to sold item does it still say "needs attention", if I click on needs attention it ask to supply delivery information but this is already added by the tracking number. When I raise this with paypal by email I get a stock answer which does not answer the question. Not impressed.
To get rid of the "Needs Attention" nonsense, go to the "Add Tracking Information" or "Edit Tracking Number" link. When you get there, click on the box that says, "Tracking information not required" Once you click that box, the "Needs Attention" will disappear.
