Tracking Packages

I recently shipped an item to a buyer in the UK from France. In the website I sold the item (grailed), I could easily track the item through the in-app tracking system and equally well through the official postal office web page (la poste). However, since the first moment I added the tracking information on PayPal, when I click on the tracking number it redirects me to a link to view the tracking, but upon arriving greets me with the message " Your last action could not be completed" and no further information, I'm worried I won't get payed in the supposed day after the package being delivered if PayPal cannot monitor my package, is there a solution?
