I recently got billed by direct debit for something I bought, but unfortunately my bank account ballance was too low. A day later I got my salary and paid my debts. However, now my bank account records says I paid to paypal, meanwhile paypal says I need to top up the amount I already paid. I tried to top up with both bank account and mastercard but they both don't work. Please give me some advice and if necessary I can provide you with my bank account records.
