Top up my PP account , money does not show.

Hi. I sent money from my bank account to my PP account. The money doesn't. show in my balance. I tried to look for customer service. 

So far I can check a FAQ section and write in the forum. Is there any way to talk to someone to find out what happened with the money transferred ?
