Top Up Paypal Account

Hi,

I charged my PayPal account from my bank account, but so far I didn't receive the funds.

I've done this other time and it didn't take more than 2/3 minutes.

The money was transferred to my bank account, my PayPal account was not charged and I didn't receive any emails confirming the transfer.

Is there any reason for the delay?
