To my PayPal account transferred money is lost

Hello Everyone! 

 

I need help. Yesterday I transferred 500 Euro to my PayPal account, but I did not get it so far. I have transferred it from my private account, which is a common account with my wife. So it is possible, that my PayPal account name does not match to my private account name.

 

Is it a problem? How can I solve it? Will I get my money back?

Thank you for your post! Were the funds added from a bank account? Please describe the steps you took to transfer the funds. Please also let us know what country your account is registered in. Thank you!
