To help keep your account secure, we won't do anything until you respond to 729725.

I did not get any Text message from 729725. My phone number is Canada number and working good for now.

I need to make sure some kind of VISA card add to my second account which is i already use for my major account. I means same VISA Debit Card.

A card can only be used on one account at a time. If you want to add it to your second account, you must remove it from your other/main account first. Or link another card to your second account.

I did.But those info still on the summary page and i can not transfer money or sent money anymore.
