A payment to myself was put in pending status and a day or two after , I received an email which said that the payment is no longer pending.
If I go to the transaction however in my account, it still shows pending and the funds are not allocated to me.
Any advise please?
"This transaction is no longer pending and the funds have been released to your account balance. Thank you for your patience."
I'm sorry to hear that there was an email that said that the funds are no longer pending but the funds remain held. Was there more than one transaction? Could the email be referring to one transaction and the other is not yet released?
If that is not the case, please let customer service know about the issue. A representative can take a look.
