This card is linked to another PayPal account. Please remove the card from the other account' is the error shown when I try to link my card. I added the card to another account but remove and close my paypal account because I want it on this account, but it still says its linked? Help anyone! 😭

Allow at least 72 hours between removing and adding and clear your cookies / cache or maybe try another browser or device.
