Hi..

I had a pp account for many years but closed it down in early 2018 after I was hacked to reopen a new..

Now when i try to withdraw this comes up: "This bank is already linked to another account."

is my bank account still linked to the old one? If so how do I fix that?

My old PP acct is cancelled..

You should have removed the bank account and any cards BEFORE you closed that paypal account.

If its still linked to it then you would need to contact customer services and see if they can manage to unlink it from your closed account for you.

Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
