I tryed to set my new card just got it handr block emrald card to transfer my paypal funds to it it say my card linked to anotheraccount this my only account ? what do i do

Contact customer service for assistance so they can investigate the card:
Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
