I got this on my card, I think because of a negative balance. I need to withdraw instant and not 3-5 days. Is there anyway I can restore the card?

You can't withdraw a negative balance so are you talking about adding funds to your paypal balance to clear that neg balance?

If so then you can't do it via a card, only a linked bank account.

I have enough balance in my PayPal. I used to be able to withdraw instant through card but now I can’t. Bank is the only option but it takes too long
