There is mo paypal balance option

Why there is no paypal balance option on my account. I have linked a card and i can buy from that card but i am unable to send money to my friend’s paypal. If i try to search email then its says not found and there is no any paypal balance option as well

In Nepal, you cannot receive money, can’t add money so no balance to carry. Cannot send personal payment. You can pay with linked card as goods and services payment.

You can't use another countries paypal account, its against paypal rules and would never work for you.

It would soon be banned and you would not be able to receive funds on it in Nepal.
