Welcome to the community. Sorry to hear you are experiencing problems adding this card. Please make sure the name and address linked to the card matches exactly how the name and address appear on your PayPal account. We accept most cards with the Visa, MasterCard and AMEX logo. If this continues, please reach out to your card issuer directly as it sounds like they may be declining the authorisation. You also may need a small amount on the card for authorisation.
