Hi,
On August 13th I withdrew some funds to my bank account.
The transaction is marked as Completed on PayPal, but the money never reached my bank account.
After a couple of days I called PayPal and asked about the money, they told me not to worry and that it could take up to 7 business days for the money to be posted in my bank account.
After it has been 7 business days I called again, they told me they could issue a trace for the transaction after it has been 14 business days.
OK, I waited, and after it has been 14 business days I called again and asked them to file a trace.
And they did.
But it has been over a month now since they filed the trace but I haven't heard any thing regarding this trace.
And every time I call PayPal they tell me they are working on it and ask me to be patient.
It has been almost 2 months since I withdrew the money and they are still asking me to be patient!!
How much more do I have to wait?
And why is this happening to me?
P.S: This is not my first withdrawal, and all my previous withdrawals went through smoothly.
