The app won’t let me transfer my money

I need to transfer funds from my PayPal account to my bank account or debit card in the app won’t let me.

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help (Paypal varies a lot country to country).

Please help. I have attempted to withdraw my funds last week and discovered that my account had been limited due to the exceeded amount of attempts and was asked to leave my profile alone for 72 hours in which I completed and upon completion messaged your team and heard no response from them and my account is still not letting me transfer my funds to my bank I am about to escalate those to law-enforcement and better business because nobody is helping me I’m here in the USA
