I can't withdraw my Money on Paypal! 😞 so sad, my son's birthday will be this coming Sunday already, and I need my money 😞 Please someone help me. I've tried everything I know, I've tried transfering my money to a friend, but it didn't work and it says the same problem, I've tried to withdraw them on GCash and Bank, but it didn't work too as well.. huhu.. Thank you
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
