THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF MONEY I WITHDRAW TO MY BANK ACCOUNT IS TRANSACTED INCOMPLETE FOR THE 2ND TIME :(

On my first try, I withdrew 4,700 pesos but 300 pesos were only deposited to my bank account. And on my second transaction, I only received 200 pesos.

I am wasting my money for the deposit fee. 

Anyone who experienced the same with this kind of transaction?
