When I checked the list of carriers they either did not use a pallet delivery or over the top quotes.The list has a section for other and a drop down box to enter your carrier and tracking details.The customer received his goods as agreed and only now Paypal say as I have used another carrier I have to wait 21 days for my money!
Where in the world do you not get paid when the customer gets his goods, signed for ( tracking proves this) and now you wait 3 weeks to be paid whilst the customer has the benefit of the free goods for that duration?
