Stuck on 'Processing' wheel when I try to use it!

Help,

Does anybody know why I cannot process my Paypal transactions? Paypal say that all is well with my account and my bank is okay too, but for the past two or three days i have been unable to make any payments using Paypal because it simply will not process my orders. As I write this I have a payment trying to work, but it's just stuck on the "Processing' wheel ?! This will go on indefinitely.

Any ideas??

I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to make payments using your PayPal account. Please try clearing the cache and cookies in your browser and restart it. If the problem persists, please ask customer service to request the investigation of technicians.
