Please help i linked my visa card and it was pending then i went to verify that same visa card and it said it will deduct 1.90$ to check the card and when its done i will get a refund but even today nothing i cannot withdraw money into my visa and i have not gotten my refund please help me please
I recommend double checking that the card has been successfully confirmed. If it has been confirmed, I'd also recommend seeing if the card is an eligible withdrawal option. Depending on the country your PayPal account is registered under, it's possible that you'd only be able to withdraw PayPal funds to a bank account.
