you need to make sure the account is verified, you can find that when you login to paypal u will see a flag in red and they will need to verify everything. if you are having issues verifying then contact customer service and tell them youre a streamer and thry will walk you thru it. i did it online live chat and they helped me. BUT !!!! even though my account is business account for twitch since im also a streamer... i have to wait 7 days to get the funds (thats because its business account) but im here on this page trying to figure this sh.. out
