I've been using PayPal for years selling via eBay and privately yet recently I've had payments from private sales held even though ive provided tracking and told by PayPal that money will be released a day after delivery, I'm currently waiting for a payment which is in hold for an item delivered 2 weeks ago.
I've sold other stuff since and the buyers have paid with the fees and those transactions have gone through no problem .
Every time I log in I'm getting the security prompt of ' I'm not a robo and
I'm also having notifications that my account has been put on a limit untill I fill out my address which I have had to do and it now says thank ypu for adding a new address ? Which it isn't it's the same as the past 20 years .
I'm worried that there's a security issue but every time I ring I get cut off I'm assuming because of this ruddy virus ....
