I don't know much about steam cards. But my friend wanted me to get her a steam card so she can send money to her kids can she not use a steam card to send money through PayPal?
Thanks for reaching out! Great question. You wouldn't be able to send money from a Steam card through PayPal to someone else. I'd double check with your friend what they meant by using the steam card to send money to her kids.
