I have transfered money to the paypal account number that the system gave me. Now I can't link my banc account with paypal. It always says:

Sorry, that bank is already linked to the maximum number of PayPal accounts.

But I had only 2 accounst listed before!

I deleted all of them but it still says : Sorry, that bank is already linked to the maximum number of PayPal accounts.
