I tried withdrawing my money to my VISA card. Before it was fine but after upgrading to business account it shows the error "Sorry, but we need more information. Please contact Customer Service for assistance." I tried to resolve with Resolution center but my case is not there. I dont have any limitation and my card is verified also.

 

I tried contacting PayPal many times regarding this issue with email and it seems they don't care since they already got their fees.

 

If you really care about your customers like you say in your website, then you should take care of them.

 

The way PayPal treating me is probably the worst experience i ever had.

 

Hope somebody can suggest me an idea

I suggest calling our customer service. The number can be located under the Help/Contact tab at the bottom of the PayPal website.
