Somethings not working

We have been using PayPal for about a year for a business now when we try to transfer money to a bank account or a debit card is says something's not right and gives us an error we are unable to transfer any of our funds . We need to transfer money for supplies as of yesterday and we are unable to get a hold of anybody human

Leave the account alone for a day and before you try again, switch off and on your wifi/data connection and slowly, carefully try withdraw again, don't rush through the process. If you still get the error message, don't try again right away, wait a few hours and clear browser cache and cookies and restart device and try again.

Unfortunately we cannot leave the account alone as we run a full-time business this has delayed our ordering and has halted everything for the last few days as far as paying bills and ordering stuff I think it's pretty crappy people using their point-of-sale cannot get ahold of anybody and we will be switching as soon as possible I have tried two computers and two cell phones to make this transfer with no luck
