I've been making payments with my paypal, thinking they were coming from my bank account. I realized this was not the case when I tried to transfer money to this account. I contacted my bank, paypal, and the bank paypal sent the money to. All three said they couldn't do anything about it. It seems to me that paypal should be the ones to fix this, but I can't get ahold of anyone that knows what to do. The call center I spoke with only had a couple generic answers, one of them put me on hold so he could "see if he could transfer me to another department"... apparently this other department does not exist.
I guess my question is, who can I contact? I don't think I can handle trying to deal with paypals automated system again, just trying to get ahold of the call center is so stressful.
