Sold on Swappa.com, but 6 days after delivery my payment is still on hold?

Hello, I recently sold an iPad Pro on Swappa.com on September 3rd. I shipped it out the very same day and updated the tracking information. It was delivered September 8th at 7:06 p.m. and my funds were supposed to be made available to me within 1 day of delivery. It is now almost 6 days after delivery and the lady I sold it to has left me positive feedback on Swappa.com and is happy with her purchase. I am now left wondering why my money is being held when the transaction has went smoothly. Any idea when my funds will be made available? All I see is it called take up to 21 days, but I didn’t sell on eBay and I haven’t sold anything out of the norm for my account. Thank you.
