ok so long story short i shipped an item to my customer he received item but usps didnt scan item to prove it was delivered. Not only have i provided proof of delivery to paypal from my customer and from the USPS (a letter from post office) stating the package was already delivered. Paypal still wont do anything to release funds. Any ideas what i can do from here?
