Small deposit not showing in bank account

I have added a new bank account and to complete I need to advise two small amounts deducted from my new bank account. Nothing has been deducted therefore I can’t complete the process. I have tried messaging but that is an assistant only with automated responses. Can anybody help

Me again. I looked at some other similar comments and someone suggested that the problem was the person was in a UK PayPal but using a US Bank account. This is not the case with me. I am changing bank accounts ie. I have already used an Australian bank account, same bank.
