If you have received a refund, the amount will be refunded to the same funding source that you initially used to complete the payment. If you have received a refund on a card that is not working, we would not be able to redirect the refund on another card, I am afraid. I would recommend contacting your card issuer as they would be able to trace the refund and redirect it to another funding source.
