Shopify first paypal payment?

Hello, I just received my shopify first order and payment from paypal.

So I opened a new paypal account to claim the payment.

However, after I register with paypal, at the account overview page, I cant see any balance in my HKD or USD account.

I sent email to paypal but for a week, they didnt reply me.

Anybody can give me some advise?

Did you ever see the money come through to your account? I am noticing all the problems people are having integrating PayPal and Shopify and I am considering taking the botton off of my store before I accumulate too many orders through it.
