Unfortunately I have a negative balance with Paypal and it apparently was sold over to a collection company ARL.
I'll be settling with ARL over the week but as of right now, Paypal is trying to debit my bank account and transactions are denied which costs me a unpaid payment fee. How do I stop the debit from happening while I settle with ARL?
