Hi. I got an email from PayPal to say my sepa direct debit mandate has been accepted but I didn’t request it , does this mean I’ve been hacked

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment (Paypal varies a lot country to country).

Have you recently added and confirmed a bank account to your paypal account?
