Sent money to wrong bank account.

I sent two payments to a  bank account which I entered incorrectly.

The payments said they have been completed and I contacted paypal who  told me the payments 

have indeed been completed. 

I have no idea where that money went or if it will re-bounce to my account.

Any ideas?

Normally for it to complete the names on the paypal account and bank account have to match, so if its completed to a totally different persons bank account that sounds very odd.
