I sent my friend an amount of money in exchange for a computer component that he was going to give me. I decided to just send it to him via PayPal, and on my side it says that the payment has been sent. But he tells me that it is on hold, and it's been on hold ever since. I made the transaction on March 5th, and it is well past the 21 days of initial hold that PayPal says that they will do. Anyone know what's happening and why?
