If unclaimed WITH a cancel option then it means its a non existant email address and you can cancel.
If unclaimed withOUT a cancel option then it means that its a valid email address but not yet linked to a paypal account and if it remains unclaimed will time out 30 days post payment.
If claimed in the meantime you may have to open a dispute to get the funds back again.
